Personal Code of Ethics
Rev. Mother Susan has established her own personal code of ethics for dealing with clients.
Mother Mystic gives honest readings. Nothing is held back in Psychic readings. She is not a fortune teller but a spiritual counselor, giving insight into what is going on in your life. You will be told everything she sees in the cards. The client must keep in mind that what is seen in the cards is not written in stone. The cards simply foretell the influences around the client's situation, both positive and negative. Anything can change or delay future events, including but not limited to the client's behavior and prayer. Any psychic reading should be accepted as a forecast of events, similar to a weather forecast. A psychic reading should be used as a helpful tool in making decisions
No client will be given an appointment any sooner than 6 weeks between readings. Mother Mystic recommends at least 3-6 months between readings unless you have an ongoing situation or are having rootwork performed. Psychic readings and spiritual counseling are not a substitute for mental health counseling, legal assistance or medical advice. If you are in need of such, Mother Mystic may give you a referral to an agency who can help you with your needs.
For Rootwork/Spellwork, a start date and end date will be agreed upon with the client before any payment is made. The client will be given a complete list of the cost of materials used. Most of the products used are Lucky Mojo brand and prices may be found both on the Lucky Mojo website and in Mother Mystic's online store. A prescription may be given for the client to perform work on their own and the client is free to purchase the materials from the vendor of their choice. Contact with the client will be ongoing while the work is being done and if requested, Mother Mystic will furnish photos of the results of the work.
Mother Mystic reserves the right to turn down requests for Rootwork/Spellwork. She does not perform death spells, break up marriages or otherwise cause harm. She does not consider hot-footing (making someone go away) to be causing harm but will only take on these cases if the client is trapped in an abusive situation.
Nothing is guaranteed with Rootwork/Spellwork. While Mother Mystic has many successes, ultimately it is up to a Higher Authority if the client's wishes/needs are fulfilled. A divination is required before any case is taken and usually the obstacles and potential outcomes are foreseen at that time.
Mother Mystic will do work on a sliding scale for needy clients and clients who are in abusive situations. The cost of materials used must be paid in full before any work can be started. Mother Mystic's caseload for such clients is limited although she tries to accommodate most who are in desperate need.
With all Rootwork and Spellwork, Mother Mystic expects the client to participate per her directions. Your own energy will make any spell work better and faster. If you truly want your desires to be fulfilled, you should be willing to work for it as Mother Mystic prescribes such as taking baths, cleansing your home etc.
Mother Mystic will refer clients she cannot help to a qualified rootworker. If your case is beyond Mother Mystic's capabilities or something she is does not specialize in, she will refer you to someone she trusts who specializes in cases such as yours.
